They are carried out in collaboration with the local community association (APRUMUS), ACOMAREM (Ass. Coletores de Material Recicl\u00e1vel de Morretes) and Avi\u00e1rio Inova\u00e7\u00e3o. The owners voluntarily assist community residents who hand in their recyclable material. This material has a value and each person receives the same amount that ACOMAREM pays if it were delivered to the association. As well as solid recyclable material, they also receive used cooking oil, which is then used to make ecological soap.
